After one of my sets I was invited by someone who told me he really enjoyed the set and invited me to join him for a drink.  After talking with him for about 10 minutes he told me who he was -- Ed Sheeran!  He then requested that I sing "American Pie," and to my very pleasant surprise he came up to sing it with me!

Walking along the water at the beautiful Greek island of Symi, I heard a fantastic duo (part of a well known Greek pop band) playing and stopped by to listen and have a drink. After awhile they took a break and we started talking and they asked me to play a few songs, then we all played and sang together, making for a great evening with wonderful new friends!

Stopped for a dinner after seeing a beautiful concert at the Acropolis, and listened to a wonderful band who invited me to return the next night for a jam, really enjoyable! The restaurant is the Cave of Acropolis Tavern,http://spilia-akropolis.gr/en/

Back to Zurich to lead the band and perform with Hurts and Loreen

Coming back to my hotel one afternoon I caught these cute kids singing Jingle Bells in the hotel lobby. How times have changed!

While traveling in Myanmar I visited the beautiful beach area of Ngapali, and learned of a charitable school program run by "Mama Sue" in a nearby village. I called Mama Sue up to see if she would like me to come play for the children.  She said sure, and that I could come that afternoon.  So I hoped on my bicycle with my guitar on my back and rode over.  The kids were just wonderful, as is Mama Sue's program! I was fortunate to be invited to a wonderful barbecue on a ranch in the hills of Jordan near Amman, beautiful!

While in Rio De Janeiro we visited the very cool area of Lapa, to check out the wonderfully talented musician ROGÊ and his great band at the the club "Carioca da Gema."  ROGÊ and I chatted during his break, and I was surprised and pleased that he invited me up to play with him!  Here's a short clip.  You can check out ROGÊ on facebook by clicking here: ROGÊ facebook
